Job Description
Global Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer should monitor Infrastructure, networks and servers for relevant issues. Engineer should analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the Network, communicate and coordination with site technicians, Data Center Team Track problems through to resolution using Service Now and Monitoring Tool. The candidate must have experience with incident management and monitoring and managing incidents and outages in a critical, 24-7 operational environment.

Primary Skill
